Anderson Packaging and Brecon Pharmaceuticals Unite under One Company

Anderson Packaging and Brecon Pharmaceuticals are further aligning their businesses to become a global end-to-end pharmaceutical packaging company. Both part of the AmerisourceBergen Corp., the companies will provide differentiated packaging solutions under the name AndersonBrecon, they reported in a press release. AndersonBrecon will feature 12 facilities across two continents and more than 1500 dedicated associates.

TOREKOV, Sweden: As part of the Nolato Group’s strategic expansion within medical technology and pharmaceuticals, Nolato has acquired the British company Cope Allman Jaycare for an initial purchase price of SEK 179 million (enterprise value) and a deferred consideration based on earnings up to and including the first quarter of 2014.
