Minnesota Thermal Science Announces Partnership with ATS Healthcare

Minnesota Thermal Science (Plymouth, MN) is partnering with the temperature controlled healthcare transportation provider ATS Healthcare, which will allow each company to offer local support and service and as expand global client relationships.

Through this partnership, ATS Healthcare, a company leading the industry in temperature management and security standards across Canada, will provide sales and distribution of the MTS Credo product line throughout Canada, providing clients quicker more efficient delivery and local customer support. In turn, MTS will provide local service and support to ATS’ clients in the United States.

“ATS is recognized as a leader within the Life Science industry throughout Canada. Though this relationship is extremely beneficial to both MTS and ATS, the real winners will be the clients who can benefit from superior offerings and services.” says Karl Schlenker, vice president of strategic business development for MTS. “The ability to deliver from local distribution points will shorten lead times and reduce delivery costs to our clients. The challenge within this industry segment is to ensure consistency globally; this is the next step for MTS in delivering on our promise to be a true global supplier. We recognize that this will not only enhance client relationships, but also result in stronger account coverage and broader global support.”

Among other healthcare markets, ATS Healthcare manages the transportation of medicines for many of the largest pharmaceutical companies and wholesalers in Canada. Their extensive knowledge of the industry allows them to work closely with the client in an environment they understand best.

“We are pleased that MTS has selected us as their sole distributor throughout Canada,” says Bob Brogan, chief operating officer for ATS Healthcare. “This partnership will enhance the overall closed loop model we already offer clients today. Industry feedback has already been positive and we are excited to be able to bring this as further value to our clients”.
