BeamOne LLC Acquired by Synergy Health

BeamOne LLC and Synergy Health plc have announced that Synergy has acquired BeamOne, which will become Synergy  Americas Division. BeamOne’s current executive and management groups will remain in place, with Glenn Thibault, formerly BeamOne's president and CEO, becoming CEO of the new division. 

BeamOne is an international contract sterilization services provider using electron beam technology.

Synergy Health is a publicly held U.K. corporation that owns 20 sterilization-related businesses throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa, specializing in medical decontamination, infection control, hospital linen services, and laboratory sectors.
