The California Board of Pharmacy has agreed on an approach for handling pedigree requirements for drop shipments.
During its public board meeting on December 13, the California State Board of Pharmacy discussed written and oral comments provided in response to the first proposed regulations needed to implement the state’s electronic drug pedigree provisions.

Pharmaceutical distributor Dik Drug Co. has renewed its multiple-year subscription to pharmaceutical traceability software and services provided by SupplyScape Corp. Dik extended its license and upgraded to the SupplyScape Nexus to expedite the exchange of pedigrees across the entire supply chain and improve communication with trading partners.
