BeamOne LLC Acquired by Synergy Health

BeamOne LLC and Synergy Health plc have announced that Synergy has acquired BeamOne, which will become Synergy  Americas Division. BeamOne’s current executive and management groups will remain in place, with Glenn Thibault, formerly BeamOne's president and CEO, becoming CEO of the new division. 

BeamOne is an international contract sterilization services provider using electron beam technology.

EastPack and MD&M East 2010

The annual MD&M East and EastPack shows will be co-located in New York City from June 7–10 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. The show is scheduled to be co-located under one roof with Atlantic Design & Manufacturing, Automation Technology Expo East, EastPack, PLASTEC East, and Green Manufacturing Expo East. At EastPack 2010, participants can find new equipment, technology, and materials to lower costs, reduce waste, and increase efficiencies.

BeamOne to Add New E-Beam Sterilization Service Center

BeamOne LLC (San Diego, CA) will locate its newest electron beam medical device sterilization service center in the Pittsburgh, PA, area. Ground breaking will begin on the new facility in Q4 2009, and the facility is expected to be operational during Q4 2010. Pittsburgh will join the company’s locations in California, Colorado, Ohio, and Costa Rica.
