Clondalkin To Acquire Catalent Pharma Printed Components Business

 
Clondalkin Group and Catalent Pharma Solutions today announced that Clondalkin has agreed to acquire the Printed Components business of Catalent. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and closing is subject to receipt of regulatory approval.
 
In addition, at closing Clondalkin and Catalent will enter into a long-term supply agreement which ensures that Catalent will continue to be able to provide customers of its market-leading commercial packaging business with high-quality printed components.

NJPEC Seeks Submissions For Annual Packaging Awards

The New Jersey Packaging Executives Club is now accepting submissions for the annual Package of the Year Awards competition and Exhibition Gala. “We are excited to bring you this high profile forum to show your best work, and have your submissions reviewed by our blue ribbon panel of judges,” NJPEC announced.
Submissions must be work produced from September 2009 to August 2010 in the following categories:
