A distributor of finishing equipment and solutions, specializing in custom outsert leaflet systems and miniature/commercial folders with feeder options and optional attachments for gluing, tipping, tab sealing, trimming, and booklet making. Also available are sheet- and roll-fed packaging-line folders, prefolded leaflet inserting systems, high-die die-cutters, full-feature saddle stitchers, material handling equipment, etc.
The company offers the new expandable MV-08, which is compact in size. Its operation is simplified using a touch-screen color graphical display to control speed and batch counting and to check the production rate, system parameters, and jam detection. It makes outserts with up to 110 panels (more with new modifications) using 27-lb paper. Machine speed is 14,000 cycles per hour, and customers report production speeds of up to 12,000 evenly sealed outserts per hour. The vertical-stacking delivery unit was redesigned to accommodate the speed. A new model, the Vijuk MV-09, which folds outserts with up to 170 panels, will be introduced at the Print 09 show in Chicago.
