TopSerter II
The outserter of choice among pharmaceutical manufacturers and contract packagers, the TopSerter II(tm) automatically picks outserts from a magazine and glues them onto bottle caps or cartons with superior accuracy. The clean design boasts an easy-load horizontal magazine that reduces the chance of lost outserts. Fast and versatile, the TopSerter can be used as a line component and will fit over an existing conveyor.

Conveyors/Product Handlers:

iSys
At speeds up to 45 cycles per minute, per lane, iSys(tm) denesters handle most plastic, paperboard and pressware trays used in both wet and dry packaging applications with speed and accuracy. Either sidewall and/or straight-line motion are available. MGS's Kwik Klip(tm) assembly offers higher reliability and less downtime. A servo-drive package is available.

Blister Packaging:

Blister Card/Wallet Folder Machine
Emphasizing modular design and superb flexibility for size changeover, MGS's fourth-generation Blister Card/Wallet Folder Machine provides extraordinary efficiency and performance. It can automatically handle and fold heat-sealed blister cards and offers an in-line, fully automated hot-melt glue card closure. Literature insertion, label-tabbing, print and vision inspection are available.

Vision Inspection Equipment:

Carton Inspection Module
The Carton Inspection Module, which may be installed downstream from most cartoning machines, delivers three main functions independent of the cartoner. It inspects for open flaps on cartons, prints lot and date codes onto cartons, and provides a visual verification of the printing.  The Carton Inspection Module is self-contained, with printer and vision systems fully integrated. It’s compatible with all types and brands of printers – ink jet or laser – as well as with all vision systems. The control system is discrete and validatable for use in pharmaceutical applications.
