UPM Raflatac to Acquire Gascogne Laminates

UPM Raflatac, a global supplier of self-adhesive labelstock, has agreed to acquire the business operations of Gascogne Laminates Switzerland SA. Gascogne Laminates Switzerland is the labelstock business of Gascogne Group; the company employs approximately 110 persons in its factory in Martigny, Switzerland.
