Phase-Change Materials Detailed at MD&M East

Cryopak, a TCP Reliable company, will participate in this year's MD&M East Show at the Innovation Briefs Theater. Anthony Alleva, Technical Services Manager for Cryopak, will present "Leveraging New Refrigerant Technologies: Phase Change Materials in Temperature Controlled Package Design." Join Alleva on Wednesday June 9th at booth #2673 from 11:40 to 12:10.

Alleva will detail the use of phase-change materials in temperature-controlled package design and the inclusion of phase-change materials in cold chain packaging. "My presentation will address the unique abilities of phase-change materials such as maintaining temperatures at tight specifications and their flexibility and reusability in certain pack-outs," Alleva said in a press release.

Citing package design case studies, Alleva will also share helpful hints on phase-change material selection and design.
