Pharma Expo 2014 Proposals Sought by ISPE
The International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) is inviting individuals and groups to submit conference session proposals for Pharma Expo 2014 to be held in Chicago in November.
Co-located with Pack Expo International 2014 at McCormick Place November 2-5, Pharma Expo will be held in the West Building. Pharma Expo will provide pharmaceutical, medical device, and nutraceutical manufacturers the chance to meet packaging, processing, and other supply chain technologies for meeting rigorous industry regulations. The event is produced in partnership with PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.
Conference sessions at Pharma Expo should be one to four hours long and provide education and information specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing, organizers reported. Topics of particular interest include:

- New ASTM Standards
- Cold Chain
- Contract Packaging
- Packaging OEE
- Global Economic Trends
- Project Management
- Global Supply Chain
- Integrated C&Q
- Sterile Processing

Combined, Pack Expo International and Pharma EXPO 2014 are expected to attract 50,000 attendees and 2,000 exhibiting companies within over 1.1 million net square feet of exhibit space.
