Pat Mork Promoted to VP, Human Resources
Tapemark (West St. Paul, MN) is pleased to announce the promotion of Pat Mork to vice president, human resources. In her previous role as director of human resources, she was responsible for the successful oversight in the application of over $750,000 of training for Tapemark employees, supported by a three-year Minnesota Job Skills Partnership grant. Additionally Pat led the establishment of an employee-driven wellness committee that is having a significant impact on the overall health of the Tapemark employee population.
Pat joined Tapemark in July of 1997 in the role of human resource consultant with a specialty in recruiting. Her previous experience includes management support for benefits, recruiting, training, and organizational development for a large, multi-location organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University in business administration along with a Senior Professional Human Resources certification. In addition, she has served on the boards of Kaposia and Melpomene.
