Mold-Rite Plastics and Stull Technologies Unite

Rigid plastic packaging manufacturer Mold-Rite Plastics has acquired Stull Technologies, a maker of dispensing closures, caps, lids, and packaging components. The move is part of Mold-Rite's expansion plans for both organic growth and acquisitions.

Mold-Rite recently introduced EZ-Safe and EZ Grip line of ribbed closures intended to enhance shelf impact and customer comfort. Stull Technologies is known for innovative caps and closures, and it will retain the Stull name.

Mold-Rite Plastics is owned by private equity firm Irving Place Capital. P&M Corporate Finance served as financial advisor to Stull Technologies.
