Keller Crescent Names Vice President of Operations

Keller-Crescent Company, Inc. (Greensboro, NC), a Clondalkin Group Company, has named Jim Franklin as vice president of operations at the corporate level. Franklin is the former vice president of operations for the Keller Crescent Greensboro, North Carolina facility, the company reported in a press release.

Franklin’s main responsibilities now include ensuring that all operating companies achieve operational excellence goals as well as overseeing the continued growth of the Keller Crescent brand.  Keller Crescent has six operations in Indiana, North Carolina, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico.

“Jim is truly an asset to our organization. He has the type of consistent and dedicated talent every company desires,” said Bill Mitchell, CEO, in the press release. “Jim has a distinguished track record of building strong management teams that make him a perfect fit for the position.”

Franklin joined Pharmagraphics in 1992 where he worked until 2008, when Pharmagraphics merged with Keller Crescent.  He has served as vice president of human relations and vice president of operations for a number of different facilities. Franklin is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University.

Keller Crescent provides secondary packaging products in North America for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including printed pharmaceutical folding cartons, inserts and outserts, pharmaceutical labels, patient booklets, IV hanger labels, and several patented specialty products - including the latest in track-and-trace and e-pedigree technologies.

The Clondalkin Group pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses operate from 13 accredited production sites in the United States in North Carolina, Indiana, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico as well as in Europe, in Ireland, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Poland.
