Automating a Thermoform-Fill-Seal Line

Multivac (Kansas City, MO) displayed a complete end-to-end automated packaging line solution and other innovations at WestPack in Anaheim, CA. A high-speed R245 thermoform-fill-seal machine was integrated with robotic loading, quality control vision system, and automated pack-off.

In addition to the automated line, Multivac showcased its C400TC constant heat vacuum chamber system, designed for the most critical applications requiring seal validation and low residual oxygen. The company also featured its R105 thermoform fill-seal system, the newest and most compact model of its rollstock machine range.
