Alloyd Brands Introduces SliderPak Multi-Unit Packaging System

Alloyd Brands, a business of Sonoco, is introducing the SliderPak, a packaging solution designed to eliminate the post-purchase product scattering and disorganization that typically occurs with multiple-unit packaging.
 
The proprietary package leverages Alloyd’s expertise in high-visibility packaging, resulting in a unique blend of user-friendly functionality and superior merchandising appeal. SliderPak is ideal for hygiene and personal care products, batteries, writing instruments, confections, and other products frequently sold in multiple-unit formats, the company said.
 
“How many times do we as end users open a drawer or cabinet only to find a disorganized jumble of office supplies, batteries, marker pens, personal hygiene products and other loose items?” said Vishal Malhotra, vice president of Marketing and Business Development at Alloyd Brands. “With SliderPak, products are dispensed one unit at a time, resulting in an organized space and a vastly improved customer experience.”
 
The unique single-unit dispensing capability SliderPak provides can be applied in a variety of ways in the retail environment. For example, SliderPak systems can be deployed as wall dispensing units to expand merchandising space beyond aisles and shelves.
 
SliderPak designs are custom engineered to accommodate the exact specifications and branding requirements of each product. With the assistance of Alloyd Design Works, a new creative design service of Alloyd Brands, consumer product companies can further leverage the attributes of SliderPak for maximum brand recognition, shelf appeal, and customer satisfaction, the company said.
