World Wide Packaging’s Partnership with Mary Kay a Bonus for Consumers

World Wide Packaging LLC (WWP; Florham Park, NJ) has partnered with Mary Kay Global to introduce five three-color in-line silk screened 1-oz tubes to serve as a gift with purchase (GWP) set for Mary Kay products.

Outfitted with a custom designed flip-top closure, the tube is supplied pink, blue, purple, and two different shades of gold. Each tube is the result of a complex three-color silk screen design that requires tight registration from one color to the next. Printing is accomplished through a high-speed, in-line, custom-produced six-color silk screen machine, unique to WWP.

WWP utilizes five of these custom-designed silk screen machines in one facility. “No other beauty packaging company is using this type of special printing technology right now,” says Barry Freda, president, WWP CEO/CFO. “Not only does this technique produce beautiful products that our clients are proud to bring to market, but it also further propels WWP as an industry leader and as a pioneer in packaging technology.”

This value-added product allows Mary Kay to provide its customers with a high-end tube for its GWP at lowered costs. The new tubes rolled out August 31st.
