SCA Packaging ThermoSafe Brands
www.coolerheadsblog.com
A company is hosting an industry resource online separate from its own Web site. The resource is a blog called “Where Cooler Heads Prevail,” written by Kevin O’Donnell, technical manager at the host company. The blog is designed to be a place where anyone shipping temperature-sensitive products can visit to read, post questions, and gain insight from O’Donnell. By allowing questions to be posted, the informational resource also functions as a discussion panel. The blog also includes conference updates and articles, such as “Effects of Refrigerated Storage on Assembled Insulated Packages” and “Irish Medicines Board Drafts Cold-Chain Document.” The company is striving to remain objective and separate from this blog so as not to interfere with the discussion panels or autonomy of the blog.
