TUBES Are Convenient and Distinctive
Tubes are designed to catch the eye and make dispensing easy.
Unit-dose plastic tubes are available with three types of caps. Maxims tube caps snap off with one hand and can be reclosable or nonreclosable. MoDoCo caps twist off of tubes that are well suited for viscous products. The tamper-evident Pierce Pak cap is pushed down to pierce the nozzle and is then removed. Dual-compartment tubes keep two products separate until they are dispensed simultaneously with a twist-and-squeeze. Available in sizes from 1 to 6 ml and sterilizable by steam, EtO, or radiation, the tubes can be filled on a wide range of filling and sealing machines.
