An automatic tube filler is capable of handling a wide variety of products in metal, plastic, or laminated tubes. The Tonazzi Colibri 1001 can achieve speeds up to 90 tubes per minute. A single-head volumetric piston filler is well suited for liquids, creams, pastes, and other viscous products. Individual fills range from 50 ml to 2.5 L per cycle with up to 50 fills per minute in either manual or automatic operation modes. Standard features of the All-Fill Model 305 include stainless-steel construction and pneumatic operation, as well as a wide range of cylinder sets, nozzles, cutoffs, and accessories. During fill cycles, a piston draws product from the hopper into a precision-machined cylinder, then extends forward to fill through the filling nozzle and/or cutoff. A versatile liquid filler is able to fill free-flowing or viscous liquids, suspensions, emulsions, and liquid products containing minute particles into plastic, glass, and metal containers ranging in size from a few milliliters to 20 L. The microprocessor-controlled Filltronic has built-in diagnostics and instant recall of 128 product memories for rapid setup. Sanitary stainless-steel gear pumps send product from the reservoir through stainless-steel shutoff nozzles and into the containers in precise fill quantities.
