Servo-Sealing FFS

A company offers servo-sealing technology on its horizontal form-fill-seal machines. Horizontal-Loading FFS

A form-fill-seal machine is designed for handling products that require horizontal infeed into packages. The Flat-Pak is capable of running LDPE, LLDPE, PP, HDPE, and laminated materials. Single- and double-pouch systems are available. The single-pouch model produces up to 30 packages per minute, and the double-pouch model produces up to 60 per minute. The machine’s infeed system features a pusher and chute. It opens the bag before product delivery, and is designed to prevent the product from sticking to or cutting the pouch.
