All North American operations of

product lines, are being consolidated into a new facility in Leominster, MA, due to open in June 2002. James Ririe has been appointed president of the consolidated DT Packaging Systems Div., Jeffrey Scheminger has been appointed vice president and general manager–North America, and Ed Mazur has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing.

Multisorb Technologies Ltd., a subsidiary of Multisorb Technologies International (Buffalo, NY), has acquired the packaging operations of INEOS Silica Ltd. The small pack business of INEOS will move into Multisorb's facilities in Warrington, England.

Werum America Inc. (Towaco, NJ) has moved to new corporate headquarters, located at 44 Indian Lane East, Towaco, NJ. According to Dietmar Mueller, director of sales and operations, the new location will facilitate service, training, and technical support aspects of the company's business relationships by affording easier accessibility.

Labelad and Sandylion Sticker Designs (Markham, ON, Canada), manufacturers of pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging, have been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Certification for quality management assurance.
