Shaft Shredder
A new shaft shredder is available. The AXS Extreme Duty Single shaft shredder offers versatility for several applications, and comes in three models: AXS1500, AXS2000, and AXS3000. The AXS Series offers rugged construction with heavy duty bearings for tough material and suits large extruder purgings, large reject parts, trim scraps, baled or loose film, synthetic fiber, wood processing scrap, medical waste, cardboard, paper, and carpet. Radio Transmitters
A company uses a large bandwidth to transmit real-time data. The NanoVACQ radio logger uses a technology based on the company’s IEEE 802.15.4, which enables the management of various loggers in the same space to have higher sampling rates. The lower layers of the norm allow better radio communication between the loggers and the receiving base station connected to the computer, according to the manufacturer. The radio is equipped with a connectable antenna. A special connector ensures water tightness in a large range of pressure and vacuum environments, as well as better radio wave data transmission conditions. Hot Air Sealer
A company introduces a newly designed medical hot air sealer. The Super Sealer MS features an Ethernet network connection to a PC to keep a record of the pouches sealed. One PC can monitor multiple sealers. This latest model is equipped with an Allen Bradley touchscreen. Machine-setting changes employ a simple button touch. Melter and Adhesive Feeder
A company presents an integrated melter and adhesive feed system. The pro-blue fulfill maintains adhesive levels in the melter tank to reduce clogged nozzles adhesive consumption.
