Label Production Systems
Automated delivery systems are available for producing in-mold labels. The RSM 410-IML/MSV is a modular-designed machine that in its standard configuration includes an M-Stack delivery. It can be upgraded with an automated delivery system including counting, stacking, and banding for a high-performance S-Stack. Additional features included in the standard configuration or available as options include an adjustable denesting station, antistatic devices, gap-control systems, and robotics for handling large products. The unit is available for working widths of 410, 520, 550, and 680 mm. Also offered is the RFID-TI, an entry-level solution for producing smart labels for inventory management. Pallet-Load Shipper
A pallet load shipper is constructed to offer thermal performance for the lifescience industries. The Repak 120 has been tested against robust summer and winter profiles and is designed to maintain 2°–8° C for up to 120 hours. Available with reusable or single-use capabilities, the product is available with a wood pallet or a durable reusable plastic pallet. It was designed with reusable Ice-Pak HDPE refrigerant packs.
