A partnership between two companies will demonstrate a state-of-the-art microdosing system and a sensor that works to ensure accurate, repeatable powder microdoses. VisioAMV is a non-contact sensor used to verify mass. With pharmaceutical doses becoming more potent and smaller in volume, it has become more challenging to verify microgram product doses without line stoppage for sampling, or using elaborate and delicate mechanical systems for 100% checks. VisioTec’s VisioAMV uses non-contact capacitance technology to verify product mass passing through its sensor, making it ideal for sterile conditions in unidirectional air environments.
