Keith Dovel

Plymouth Printing Co. Inc. (Cranford, NJ), a leading manufacturer of printed packaging components for the pharmaceutical and related healthcare markets, has hired Keith Dovel as its president and chief operating officer, effective June 23. Dovel has been vice president and general manager of Plymouth Printing since January 2006. “We’re very pleased with Keith’s accomplishments over the last several years,” said H.D. Auerbach, current president of Plymouth Printing.

Oliver Medical (Grand Rapids, MI) has appointed John Merritt to the new position of international managing director. Merritt has worked in the medical device and medical packaging industries for more than 30 years, most recently as director of medical business development at ALKAR-Rapidpak. Merritt has had work in Asia and previous management responsibilities in Europe. The new position at Oliver coincides with a recent expansion of its European facility and the opening of a sales office in China.
