Global temperature-assurance company ThermoSafe Brands has seen recent developments.

In October, parent company Tegrant announced a new venture to serve ThermoSafe customers in Asia. ThermoSafe Brands Asia will manufacture and distribute a full line of products in the region, to supply the Asia Pacific and U.S. markets. The new group is a joint venture between Tegrant and FEC Corp., a Hong Kong-based investment company that focuses on the Asian packaging market.

Also in October, ThermoSafe appointed a new president, Colleen Bohn. Bohn was promoted from her role as vice president of strategy and business optimization at Tegrant. She began working with ThermoSafe in May, when she took up the task of assisting with its daily management. Among her accomplishments there, Bohn helped to implement a new planning process, enhance internal procedures and controls, and refocus on core value.
